    S-Sedivette®では、採血後、基本的に血沈のために十分混合する必要があります。CLSI 規格によると、測定は、採血後4時間以内に開始する必要があります。最初の血沈速度(ESR)の読み取りは、60分後に行う必要があります。

    S-Sedivette®は、呼び容量の20%を構成するクエン酸三ナトリウム溶液で調製します。これにより、血沈に必要な比率（クエン酸塩1対血液4）が確保できます。

    はい、S-Sedivette®では、採血直後に完全な混合が必要で、S-Sedivette®を逆さにしてゆっくりと5回振ります。気泡とガラスビーズは、必ず反対側まで移動させるようにしてください！素早く振るのはおやめください。安全と時間の節約のために、専用の混合ユニットSarmix® M 2000をお勧めします。
