Automated Pre- and Post-Analytics
More productive thanks to your new high-speed colleague
Option for connecting
sample transport systems (e.g. Tempus600®)
Loop function –

return to the Bulk
Loader hopper when
no order has been
reported for the tube
Pour sample tubes loosely into
the hopper or priority sample tray –
no inserting or pre-sorting
Gel check – prevents
re-centrifugation and
minimises the risk of
erroneous analyses

Open screw caps and stoppers
regardless of manufacturer
Seal tubes
for shipping and
long-term archiving
Sample sorting into racks
(closed or open)
Send tubes via Tempus1800® sending units to different laboratory areas
Choose your high-speed colleague:
- Poured sample feed
- Precise identification and sorting of non-centrifuged samples in centrifuge racks (gel check)
- Feeding after centrifugation in centrifuge or analyser rack
- Identification, selective opening and sorting
- Barcode alignment in analysis racks
- Selective sealing with plugs and archiving in racks
- Optional sealing with screw caps
High speed sorter with 6 modules
Bulk Loader Modul (BL)
Closed sample tubes are fed into the hopper manually or automatically (Tempus1800®) without pre-sorting or placing in racks.
The Bulk Loader has an integrated ID module for identifying samples and determining centrifugation status (Gel-Check).
Additionally, automatic sample return to the hopper is integrated.
Input/Output Modul (IO)
Open or closed sample tubes in racks are loaded or unloaded via the IO module.
The platform layout is created laboratory-specifically and can be variably adapted with adapter plates (SARSTEDT FlexPlates) (e.g., for switching between routine and archive runs).
Optionally, up to two Tempus1800® sending units can be integrated into the module. This allows tubes to be sent to different laboratory areas. Manual transport of tubes is eliminated.
Identifikations Modul (ID)
The ID module identifies sample tubes via barcode, determines the tube type (cap color, shape, and geometry), and determines the centrifugation status (Gel-Check).
Decapper Modul (DC)
The Decapper removes screw caps and stoppers from various manufacturers – no pre-sorting, no cross-contamination.
Recapper Modul (RC)
The Recapper is available in 3 versions: it seals sample tubes from 13 to 16 mm diameter with a universal stopper, preventing evaporation. Alternatively, SARSTEDT tubes with 13 or 15 mm diameter are sealed with the appropriate screw cap for transport or long-term archiving.
