Intelligent AirFlow Priority System

Prioritising and controlling air for Tempus1800® systems with the AirFlow Priority software optimises the capacity of installed compressed air based on real-time demand and reduces investment and operating costs for compressors.

This requires careful prioritisation of the individual systems in the overall set-up.

Ebene 1

Systeme in Abteilungen wie der Notaufnahme oder der Intensivstation mit hoher Probenpriorität.
Level 1
Die Luft muss verfügbar sein, wenn Proben versendet werden. Die Luft von Ebene 1 wird mit Ebene 2 und 3 geteilt, wenn das System im Leerlauf ist.

Ebene 2

Systeme in Abteilungen wie der Onkologie mit Routineproben.
Level 2
Die Sendestationen stehen in einer Warteschlange und senden Proben, bevor sie die Verfügbarkeit von Luft von anderen Systemen prüfen.

Ebene 3

Systeme in Abteilungen wie Blutentnahme mit hohem Probenaufkommen.
Level 3
Die maximalen Wartezeiten zwischen dem Senden einer bestimmten Anzahl von Proben sind festgelegt.

Ebene 0

Vollautomatische Systeme, die Proben weiterverteilen oder an Automationssysteme , z. B. im Labor, angeschlossen sind.
Level 0
Für den Probentransport muss jederzeit Luft verfügbar sein.

Instead of requiring full capacity for all Tempus1800® systems at all times, the system dynamically adjusts to actual needs. This ensures that Tempus1800® users experience the system‘s full functionality during daily operations.

The intelligent AirFlow Priority System optimises operation by allocating airflow to the active sending stations, avoiding bottlenecks and increasing efficiency. Better utilisation of compressed air reduces power consumption per sample sent by average 33%.
