蛍光や発光による細胞測定の実施に適した製品はどれですか？
各ウェル間のクロストークを避けるため、蛍光や発光の測定には、黒色プレートのご使用をお薦めします。黒色プレートの使用により結果の変動も著しく減少します。また、各反応に対し、より均一でより安定した蛍光・発光レベルが得られます。これにより測定結果の再現性が著しく高まり、測定の正確度も上昇します。24、96、384ウェル等のlumox®マルチウェル製品は、蛍光検査や発光検査の微視的評価に適しています。
