COVID-19

COVID-19

Dear Madam, dear Sir, dear Customer,

The current situation caused by COVID-19 (Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2) poses a new challenge for the global healthcare system.

Our company and many of our customers have a particular responsibility in this context. We as a systemically relevant manufacturer, and you as systemically relevant service providers or organisations are assuming important supply and coverage tasks against the background of COVID-19 diagnostics.
You may rest assured that our entire staff are dedicated to step up to the challenges we are currently facing with high commitment and a great sense of responsibility. Over the past few days and as a part of our duty of care, we have requested the majority of our international field staff to work from their home office. This measure provides protection not only of our employees but also of our customers, and the society as a whole. It goes without saying that our sales team will keep on attending to your needs from their home office in the best possible way. Please do not hesitate to continue getting in touch directly with the staff members you normally contact with any questions and issues you may wish to address.

Quite understandably, the dynamics experienced these past days have led to a significant increase in the number of orders our customers are placing for a range of particular products.

We are using our best efforts to meet these increased requirements with any and all options available to us. Our sales team is in direct contact and close dialogue with our customers to ensure the very best provision and supply possible. If and when, in exceptional cases and against all odds, we are unable to accommodate the increased ordering volumes in their entirety and right away, we will get in touch with you directly to seek an individualised solution.

A very comprehensive range of preventive measures has been established in our organisation to protect our staff against the risk of infection and to remain your reliable partner also in this time of crisis. As matters stand at the moment, the measures implemented enable us to remain fully functionable and able to deliver, and we do not anticipate any limitation in our service level.

Closely monitoring the development of the pandemic and following the guidelines and directives of the respective governments and authorities in charge as well as of the World Health Organisation (WHO) is what we do in order to adapt our actions accordingly and whenever necessary.

We are confident that, by proceeding prudently and responsibly in a concerted action, all of us together will be able to slow down the further spreading of the pandemic and contribute our share to protecting the health of our society.

We will continue to focus all our efforts on staying your reliable partner in these difficult and demanding times. Wishing you and ourselves that we will overcome the current situation as quickly and healthy as possible.
