Collecting blood – a procedure as individual as your patients

S-Monovette® is a closed blood collection system that allows the user to collect blood according to the individual patient or the condition of the veins using either the aspiration or the vacuum principle.

The gentle aspiration technique has clear advantages, especially in view of the difficult vein conditions often encountered in e.g. paediatrics, geriatrics, or oncology.

There is no need for the disposable syringes normally used where these conditions are encountered. The risk, e.g. of needle stick injuries, associated with the use of disposable syringes is therefore avoided.

All S-Monovette® tubes, including the versions available for coagulation, are made from plastic and have screw caps.
